Project Pet Save

"Operation Pet Save"

STOPPING NEEDLESS EUTHANASIA

Euthanasia is the single largest cause of death for dogs and cats. Each day approximately 55% of dogs and puppies and 71% of cats and kittens entering shelters are killed.
It's a fact that each year twelve million dogs and cats are euthanized in the United States by animal shelters. Over $2 billion is spent every year in destroying, "man's best friend."
Fact: Some pet owners when faced with veterinary expenses of $800 or more, they elect to forego treatment and put their lovable pet down, because the cost of medical treatment is beyond their financial capability. Paws & Claws promises to do its part in helping stop euthanasia by providing its members a pet accident & illness program at no additional cost. The pet insurance program will give members a peace of mind by knowing that if any calamity or illness strikes their pet the accident and illness portion of their membership will provide them financial means to help save their pet.
It is through strong ongoing support from each of us that we can stop euthanasia and make "Operation Pet Save" successful. Together, we can make a difference in helping to care for discarded and unwanted pets.
